Job description

Vice Principal needed in a CBSE School in Mumbai.

Qualification B.Ed/M.Ed and Masters in Science/Maths or M.Phil/PHD

Role Assist the principal in the overall administration and management of the school. Collaborate with the principal in developing and implementing school policies and procedures.

Support the principal and academic staff in curriculum planning and development.

Observe and evaluate teachers performance and provide constructive feedback. Coordinate professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance their skills. Address student academic and behavioral concerns in collaboration with teachers and parents. Communicate effectively with parents keeping them informed about school policies events and their childs progress. Pursue professional development opportunities to stay informed about educational trends and best practices.

Only s alary will be provided (Along with PF Medical insurance etc). Theres no perks likes accommodation and transportation.
