We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Customer Marketing Communications and Campaigns to join our best-in-class Customer Marketing team. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and executing strategic marketing initiatives to support customer adoption and engagement.

This individual will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, adoption campaigns and a communications framework. You will be responsible for managing the strategic planning and timely execution of customer marketing programs that educate and engage customers, while enhancing the overall customer experience, ultimately turning customers into advocates. Success in this role will come from collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the organization. Your initiatives will result in increased adoption, account expansion, improving customer communication and supporting overall customer retention and loyalty.

Flexible to work in shift starting 3 PM IST.
