We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Customer Marketing Communications and Campaigns to join our best-in-class Customer Marketing team. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and executing strategic marketing initiatives to support customer adoption and engagement.
This individual will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, adoption campaigns and a communications framework. You will be responsible for managing the strategic planning and timely execution of customer marketing programs that educate and engage customers, while enhancing the overall customer experience, ultimately turning customers into advocates. Success in this role will come from collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the organization. Your initiatives will result in increased adoption, account expansion, improving customer communication and supporting overall customer retention and loyalty.
Flexible to work in shift starting 3 PM IST.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive customer marketing campaigns and communications strategies to drive adoption, engagement, and retention
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to support adoption campaigns and ensure alignment with customer needs and objectives
- Lead the development and execution of customer newsletters, Icertis Live webinars, and other customer communication channels to keep customers informed and engaged
- Plan and execute product release webinars to educate customers on new features and functionalities, driving excitement and adoption
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams to develop customer programs that will drive nominations for the customer reference program
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the reference database
- Provide support for customer events, including logistics planning, content development, and onsite coordination
- Map and understand the customer's lifecycle and align campaigns and messaging to each stage
- Standardize customer onboarding
- Measure and analyze the impact of customer engagement programs, providing regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders
What you will bring:
- Customer-first mindset passionate about delivering memorable, effective programs that support customers
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 8 -12 years in Customer Marketing, Communications or Lifecycle Marketing at a tech or SaaS company
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and communications strategies
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and storytelling
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, community platforms, webinar tools, and CRM systems preferred
- A data driven approach to managing your strategy and goals
- Self-motivated, able to assume responsibility and work autonomously
