Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project coordinator to lead projects that focus on reaching out to youth using creative campaigns. The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of programs, ensuring that they align with the organization's mission and goals. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience working in a similar capacity and should be able to work with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
Responsibilities: ● Develop and implement programs that align with the organization's mission and goals. ● Work with cross-functional teams to identify program requirements, establish project timelines, and ensure successful delivery of projects. ● Engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and co-ordinate with them to ensure that projects are delivered on time. ● Manage program budgets, ensure that projects are completed within the allocated budget. ● Conduct program evaluations to identify areas of improvement, gather feedback from stakeholders and participants. ● Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, partners, and volunteers. Qualifications: ●Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, development studies, mass communication). ● Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. ●Experience in managing teams and providing leadership and guidance to achieve program goals. ● Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. ● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and drive.Job tags
