Overview:
As a Recruitment Specialist for Mechanical Maintenance jobs you will play a crucial role in identifying attracting and evaluating talent for open positions within our organization. Your responsibilities will directly impact our operational efficiency and ensure that we have skilled individuals to maintain and operate our mechanical equipment.
Urgent recruitment candidates for Mechanical Maintenance jobs.
Salary : 11000/ to 13000/ Overtime. With E.S.I & P.F Facility.
Duty Time : 12 Hours ( 6 Months Probation Period )
Job Location : Durgapur Raniganj Baskopa and angatpur.
The Company Will Provide Free Of Cost Lodging Facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting routine inspections of machinery and equipment
Performing preventive maintenance tasks
Identifying and troubleshooting mechanical issues
Repairing or replacing defective parts
Calibrating and adjusting equipment to ensure optimal performance
Documenting maintenance activities and reports
Collaborating with other team members to complete projects
Adhering to safety protocols and regulations
Ordering necessary parts and equipment
Participating in training programs for skill development
Assisting in the installation of new machinery
Responding to emergency maintenance requests
Utilizing technical manuals and diagrams for repairs
Maintaining clean and organized work areas
Ensuring compliance with environmental standards
Required Qualifications:
I.T.I Diploma BTech MTech in Mechanical.
High school diploma or equivalent
Technical certification in mechanical maintenance
Proven experience in mechanical maintenance
Proficiency in using hand and power tools
Knowledge of mechanical systems and components
Ability to interpret technical manuals and drawings
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
Good physical condition for manual labor
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Familiarity with safety standards and procedures
Basic computer skills for recordkeeping
Adaptability to changing work environments
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
Understanding of equipment calibration techniques
Freshers and Experienced both can apply.
