Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our travel process. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling travel packages, services, and products to clients. Your role will involve building strong relationships with customers, understanding their travel needs, and providing them with tailored solutions to ensure a seamless travel experience.
Responsibilities - Prospect and identify potential clients interested in travel services.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
- Present and promote travel packages, including destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Provide detailed information about itineraries, pricing, and special offers to clients.
- Customize travel packages based on client preferences, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate bookings, reservations, and travel arrangements.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and destination knowledge to better assist clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve concerns, and address feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, bookings, and sales activities.
Requirements - Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-oriented approach with the ability to understand and fulfill client needs.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems, CRM software, and MS Office suite.
- High degree of professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Flexible to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- A passion for travel and a deep understanding of popular travel destinations.
