Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP Trainer located in New Delhi. The SAP Trainer will be responsible for designing, planning, and delivering training programs for end-users, administrators, and consultants. Additionally, the SAP Trainer will work closely with clients to identify gaps in business processes, develop targeted training solutions, and provide continuous improvement recommendations to optimize system functionality and end-user productivity.
Qualifications
- SAP FICO and Materials Management experience
- Training and Consulting skills
- Strong knowledge of Business Process design and optimization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in developing training programs and materials
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
- SAP Certification is a plus
