Position Overview: We are seeking a Client Services Manager who will be instrumental in understanding Divo's service offerings across online video and music sectors. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying potential clients, including labels, production houses, and independent creators/influencers, and providing them with exceptional service once onboarded. Key Responsibilities: Client Identification & Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage potential clients within the online video and music industry, including labels, production houses, and influencers/creators. Service Offering Mastery: Gain a comprehensive understanding of Divo's service offerings to effectively communicate and tailor these services to meet client needs. Market Awareness: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the industry landscape, including trends, competitor offerings, and potential areas for expansion or innovation. Networking: Leverage and expand your network within the entertainment industry to identify new business opportunities and strengthen Divo's market presence. Client Servicing: Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and continuous support to maximize their satisfaction and engagement with Divo's services. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including the content, marketing, and operations departments, to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive service delivery to clients.
