Job Responsibilities:

Job Description

The team lead is a trainer for the team. Responsibilities include

Train the associates on workflows owned by you

Adhere to Training Plan & Schedule

Ensure all new hires completes the Cognizant Compliance Training

Document any change in the training plan

Share EOD report to all stakeholders

Team Lead is responsible for the overall operations

Validate volume processed by the associates & make corrections as required

Proactive to identify the root cause in case if any miss with respect to metrics

Prepare an action plan to improve the performance of the associates

Provides business insights of the allocated workflow

Strong critical thinking, problem solving and general troubleshooting skills

Share an EOD report with business insights to stakeholders

Proactive to highlight any potential risk to business (should have an eye for detail)

Process Improvement Projects

Prepare Documentation & SOP with respect to any change in the process

The team lead is responsible for all People Management activities

Manage Teams with ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative and constantly evolving environment

Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with others easily

Leave Management to ensure no negative impact on the business

Monthly One On One with the team highlighting their strengths and action plan on weaknesses

Validate Scorecard & provide genuine feedback to improve the associate rating & performance

Corrective Action Plan for associates who are not performing as per the business requirements

Skills/Qualifications:

Domain expertise - Excellent understanding of Music industry in any of these fields - Music data management, artist management, publishing, producing / composing, music supervision

Contact center, Services, Tech Trouble shooting etc. Industry Experience - Tech and IT companies, banking and Finance (services) focusing on premium customer or retail also a close second

Experience of working with globally distributed team

People management - should have managed a team of 15- 20 people strong (across multiple workflows) in a KPI driven environment

Experience in implementing metrics and measurements

Experience in workforce planning
