Mason Home is a Luxury Home Decor brand that provides solutions with a selective array of home decor items. Offering a range of fitments for your space like nesting tables, nightstands, serveware, decorative accessories and much more; we target at being a one-stop solution to all your home decor needs and desires.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Buyer / Merchandiser who is highly motivated and has a keen interest in interiors & décor products with an eye for detail.
Job: Full Time
Location: South Mumbai – Breach Candy, Onsite role
Days: Monday through Friday
Timings: 10:00AM - 7:00PM
Salary : 40,000 - 60,000 INR
Key Responsibilities :
· To contribute to the development of the divisional buying and merchandising strategy
· Responsible for concept to sampling to launch
· Vendor Management.
· Sell thru and sales analysis.
· Great Negotiator and Maintaining Competitive Pricing for our products.
· Analyze sales trends and maintain knowledge of the home decor market.
· Researching decor trends among Competitor brands and benchmark brands.
· Obtaining range merchandise after effective negotiation
· Setting of standards for quality of merchandise
· Maximizing current sourcing channels and identifying new opportunities
· Follow up with vendors for timely inwards
· Continuously undertakes product innovation and new product development
Job Requirement:
· 1-3 years of experience into buying role.
· Excellent planning and forecasting skills
· Industry Experience: Retail / Fashion
· Educational Qualification: Post Graduation
· Behavioral Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
· Technical Skills Required: Strong business acumen and decision making skills, must be good with numbers and well versed with the current trends in Home Decor.
