Roles & Responsibilities :
 Board, Committee and General Meetings:
 Co-ordinating with Board Members and Shareholders, planning and arranging meetings, pre and post meeting compliances such as preparation of agendas, minutes and timely circulation there of, filing of forms with ROC etc.
 Ensure regular and timely filing and proper keeping of all records and documents relating to Meetings such as attendance sheets, minutes
 Sufficient technical knowledge and ability to work in a pace to as per the requirement
 Ability to adopt change where required and focus on improvement in internal processes, where required.
Assist department/team in developing processes, practices and controls that are critical for the smooth operation of the department.
Operational Matters:  Filing of forms with ROC, co-ordinating with practicing professionals (PCS) etc. Dealing with RTA and Depository
 Keeping tracks and co-ordinating with accounts team to ensure payments of service providers
 Maintaining, updating MIS and trackers useful to secretarial department
 Co-ordinate with statutory and regulatory authorities (ROC, RBI, MCA) including handling RBI Inspections including preparation of reports and furnishing of information/data as required.  Other points:
 Wiling to work any task assigned with utmost dedication and sincerity
 Well disciplined, punctual
 Ability to perform under pressure and stringent timelines
