Job description
Job Requirements :
• 8- 10 years of proven working experience as Supply Chain Head / Purchasing Head.
• Specific experience in purchasing Electronic components, control panels, instrument process, and Automation SCADA systems.
• Have worked in large EPC companies and have the experience of handling large Government projects.
• Familiarity with sourcing strategies and effective vendor management practices.
• Strong interest in market dynamics and a keen business sense to stay informed about industry trends.
• Proven ability in negotiation and networking to build strong partnerships with suppliers.
• Proficiency in data gathering and analysis, with a focus on working with numerical data.
• Demonstrated solid judgment and sound decision-making skills in complex situations.
• Strong leadership capabilities to lead and motivate teams effectively.
• A degree or diploma in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration would be considered an added advantage.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar field.
• The preferred candidate should be based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, or willing to relocate.
