Job description
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records including attendance leave balances and personnel files.
- Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company guidelines.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns providing timely and effective resolution or escalation when necessary.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and activities to enhance morale and teamwork within the plant.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate training programs and initiatives to support employee development and skill enhancement.
- Track training completion and maintain training records for reporting and compliance purposes.
Health and Safety Compliance :
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the plant environment.
- Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and procedures and participate in safety training initiatives.
