Job description XED is looking for a seasoned Consultative Sales Leader to help grow its Custom Executive Education Business in India and emerging markets . The Regional Director, Corporate Relations will have the opportunity to define and execute the go-to-market strategy for XED's fast-growing Executive Education business, by engaging with top Organizations in the region. S/he will work closely with senior XED leadership teams to offer right Executive Education Services to right audiences, optimized for the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strategy/BD/sales planning background. S/he must also possess strong communications skills and the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions to external stakeholders. S/he will have a keen sense of ownership, drive, and desire to win!

We are entrepreneurial and have a bias for action and a broad mandate to experiment and innovate. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the future vision for XED.

This position can be based at NCR with travel as required.

Responsibilities Serve as a key member of the Executive Education Sales Planning Team, helping to drive overall XED’s custom business strategy and business growth.

The Candidate

Basic Qualifications 10 to 15 years of experience in consultative selling, sales planning, business development with established relationships in the region Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Adept at making data-driven decisions. Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment as an individual contributor Preferred Qualifications Proven success in winning new Custom Executive Education Clients Experience with top Consulting/ Business Schools/Training Companies

The compensation would be around INR 20,00,000 to INR 30,00,000 per annum
