Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Bench Sales/IT Recruiter. The Bench Sales/IT Recruiter will be responsible for identifying potential candidates through various sourcing techniques, calling and screening these candidates, and presenting them to clients. The Bench Sales/IT Recruiter will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop hiring strategies. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of various recruiting and sourcing methods, including social media and job boards Experience in Bench Sales, IT recruiting, or a related field Understanding of hiring laws and compliance regulations Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive Our ideal candidate will have a strong ability to build relationships with candidates and clients, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in Bench Sales or IT recruiting. They will also have a strong knowledge of various recruiting and sourcing techniques, an understanding of hiring laws and compliance regulations, and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. A Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Job tags
