We are looking for a skilled professional who can support the Founder on various strategically important initiatives and can work as an integral part of the team. They have to get involved in critical areas such as data room preparation, fundraising, business planning and modelling, problem-solving, investor reporting, and more. Make a difference/Responsibilities: You will own and drive it! Key responsibilities: Collaborating with the Founder to build compelling narratives and impactful pitch decks for potential investors. Utilizing financial modelling skills to support fundraising efforts, creating detailed financial projections and analysis. Prepare data room Assisting in pitching to large B2B clients, engaging in client research, and preparing persuasive presentations. Identifying potential business opportunities and Demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach to address challenges that arise during the execution of initiatives. Analyzing complex problems, conducting research, and presenting actionable recommendations to the Founder. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Effectively communicate, Reporting of project updates and progress reports. Required Skills: MBA /CA from Top Institutes 2 to 6 years’ experience out of which 2 years in Technology driven start up SAAS based, Ecommerce, Fintech etc Excellent presentation skills, capable of delivering compelling and persuasive content. A similar experience in startup or as an investment banker is a big plus Strong analytical skills with acute attention to detail and the ability to work with complex data. A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and build strong relationships.
