Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Manager at the Sangli location of Genericart Medicine Pvt Ltd. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance. The HR Manager will also work closely with senior management to implement and improve HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or other HR executive roles
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work under pressure
- Experience with recruitment and talent acquisition
- Experience with performance management and employee relations
- Experience with compensation and benefits administration
- Working knowledge of labour laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Post-graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
