Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Merchant Banker based in South Delhi. The Merchant Banker will be responsible for managing and executing corporate finance transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, buyouts, and fundraising. The Merchant Banker is also responsible for managing relationships with clients and other professionals, including lawyers, accountants, and consultants.
