Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Indore for a Chef De Partie. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes, supervising the production of food, maintaining high food standards, and training junior kitchen staff. The Chef De Partie will also work with the head chef to develop new menu items and contribute to menu planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in similar roles in high-volume kitchens
• Excellent culinary, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Flexibility with working hours and a willingness to work weekends and holidays
• An interest in staying up-to-date with culinary trends and new techniques
• A culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred
