Role Summary:
As the Chief of Staff at Ola Electric, you will play a key role in supporting the CXO in driving strategic initiatives, overseeing key projects, and ensuring effective communication and coordination within the marketing team and across the organization. This position requires a dynamic and strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing, operations, and leadership.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to the CXO, providing insights, recommendations, and support in the development and execution of strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the CXO to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with Ola Electric's business objectives.
- Act as a central point of contact for communication between the CXO and the team, ensuring clarity, consistency, and timely dissemination of information.
- Oversee and manage critical projects, ensuring alignment with company goals, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CXO, including calendar management, meeting preparation, and documentation.
- Foster collaboration among different teams and departments to facilitate the seamless execution of strategic marketing initiatives.
- Analyze marketing data and prepare reports to provide insights into campaign performance, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
- Assist in managing the budget, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking of marketing expenses.
- Support the CXO in gathering and analyzing market research to inform strategies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing-related policies and procedures.
- Lead or contribute to special projects assigned by the CXO, addressing specific challenges or opportunities within the marketing function.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the CXO as needed.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality in dealing with executive matters.

Education and Experience:
- A Master's degree or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of proven experience in a leadership or strategic role, preferably in the electric mobility or technology industry.
