Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Staffing:

Manage the endtoend recruitment process including job postings screening interviewing and selection.

Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and ensure the timely placement of qualified candidates.

2. Attendance and Payroll Management:

Attendance Management system for all the employees in the system.

Smooth functioning of payroll processing system and successful operation of software.

3. Employee Relations:

Foster positive employee relations through effective communication conflict resolution and proactive engagement.

Address employee concerns and grievances ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.

4. Training and Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.

Support employees in their professional growth and career development.

5. HR Policies and Compliances:

Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and update policies accordingly.

6. Performance Management:

Implement and oversee performance management processes including goal setting performance reviews and development plans.

Provide guidance to managers on addressing performance issues and recognizing employee achievements.

7. HR Administration:

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

Handle daytoday HR administrative tasks such as documentation contracts and onboarding processes.

8. Exit Management:

Prepares employee separation related documentation and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.

Handle the departure with sensitivity and maintain confidentiality regarding the reasons for leaving.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during the exit process.

Aim for a positive closure maintaining a good relationship with departing employees.

9. Employee Engagement:

Planning Yearly budget for employee engagement activities and preparing yearly plan according to the same.

Prepare strategies and initiatives which can foster a positive and productive relationship between employees & organization.

10. Organizational Development:

Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational development strategies.

Participate in strategic planning and provide HR insights to support business goals.

Skills Needed:

Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations of state and country.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to make strategic decisions in a fastpaced environment.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.

Qualification:

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. Master s degree or HR certification is a plus.
