Job description
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
- Perform invoice and general ledger data entry
- Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation
- Generate purchase orders as necessary
- Assist senior financial officers as needed
- Support the company in optimizing financial transactions and systems
- Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payment
- Comply with federal, state, and local financial requirements
Commerce Graduate with minimum 2 years of relevant experience with an ecommerce company.
Desired Skills - Good analytical and skills
- High level of accuracy
- Behavioral Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and priorities
- Proficient with Tally unicommerce
- High proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience from consumer industry will be preferred
- Good Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
