Requirements
Responsibilities
· Assist in the supervision of the production team and ensure the smooth running of daily operations
· Monitor and maintain productivity targets and quality standards
· Train and mentor new employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
· Collaborate with other departments to coordinate workflow and maximize efficiency
· Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols and identify areas for improvement
· Assist in resolving any production-related issues or conflicts that may arise
· Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational processes and minimize production downtime
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or related field
· Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Knowledge of textile manufacturing processes and quality control systems
· Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
