Job description
As a HR Manager, you will be leading and managing the HR team to plan and implement various strategic HR initiatives to foster a performance-oriented culture, enhance employee engagement, and optimize overall workforce management.
Your responsibilities span across compliance facilitation, performance management, employee engagement, recruitment, talent development, HR analytics, and organizational development.
With a keen eye on industry trends, you will utilize advanced HRMS expertise to streamline processes and ensure the seamless functioning of HR systems.
Roles And Responsibilities - Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with core leadership to address organizational development needs, and engage in strategic HR planning, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Coordinate with the compliance experts to facilitate compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage and implement the performance management process, collaborating with managers to develop and implement strategic plans to ensure alignment with organizational goals, fostering a performance-oriented culture, and continuous improvement in employee development.
- To enhance workplace satisfaction, develop and implement strategic employee engagement initiatives such as the new hire Buddy/Mentoring program, Round tables, and Recognition and Rewards programs.
- Oversee the precision and timely execution of the payroll process, addressing inquiries and discrepancies.
- Address employee grievances transparently and in a timely manner, conducting thorough investigations when necessary.
- Analyze current and future workforce needs, identify skill gaps, and develop recruitment and training strategies in collaboration with department heads, aligning with overall business strategy.
- Identify key positions and groom internal talent for future leadership roles, ensuring smooth leadership transitions through mentorship and targeted development programs.
- Establish HR performance indicators, use data analytics to assess program effectiveness, and provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
- Develop and oversee recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and optimizing processes for efficiency.
- Regularly review and adjust HR processes to meet evolving business needs, fostering collaboration between HR and other departments.
- Utilize insights from primary research and conduct secondary research on compensation trends, implementing competitive plans aligned with the organization's financial objectives.
- Conduct exit interviews for insights into employee departures, utilizing feedback to refine HR processes and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Implement team-building activities to boost workplace satisfaction, monitor morale, and address concerns for overall engagement.
- Utilize advanced HRMS expertise to implement, optimize, and ensure the seamless functioning of HR systems.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging HR trends, practices, and developments to continually refine and elevate our HR strategies.

Qualification - 5+ years of work experience in the field of Human Resources.
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent relevant educational qualification
- Demonstrated experience in applying end-to-end generalist, managerial problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize issues and conduct analysis.
