Details Designation: Last Mile Sourcing and Planning

Head Core Areas: Sales, Program management, Business development roles and people management. Experience in startups and managing blue collared employees such as delivery executives & an having an understanding of current market is an advantage

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate; 6-10 years of relevant experience in operations management roles

Your Role - Strategy and planning:

The candidate will assist the top-management in developing operations strategy for effectively scaling the sourcing requirements of the company with regards to the Delivery Executives aligned with company hiring costs.

- Being a leader, the candidate has to think strategically on the long term well being of the organization and build strategies accordingly.

- Analysis and Reporting: Perform daily / weekly cost analysis and reporting as well as manage schedules, quality initiatives and process change initiatives.

- Innovation: Live up to the company DNA of innovating and searching for unconventional supply sources and creating innovative shifts to cater to the ever changing requirements. Extra focus should be on innovation with respect to low cost hiring channels.

- Out of the Box Thinking: Look at building new channels like ADMs, rural mobilization programs, create innovative shifts like part time shifts, twin tower shifts.

- Implementation: Improve the systems, processes, and policies in the team to better support management and contribute towards achieving relevant business metrics.

- People management: Responsible for effectively cascading the sourcing plans with the city teams. Candidate will be responsible for the efficiency metrics of all channels (including people channel) - Cost Management: Ensure that the cost per hire remains within the set guardrails.

- Interact with business, product, engineering stakeholders and leadership to create business roadmap and execute the same

- Must have a keen eye for detail, problem solving skills, independent decision-making skills, time management, multitasking & analytical skills.

- Assimilate various types of grievances faced by the riders during onboarding stage via rider NPS. Constantly strive to make the onboarding process seamless for the riders basis feedback received - Inculcate a Safety-First mindset among all the new riders through evaluation, education and enforcement.
