Responsibilities :
Sales Target Achievement : Collaborate with the Sales Head and team to set and achieve sales targets aligned with company goals and objectives. Customer Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product solutions. Sales Strategy Execution : Assist in executing sales strategies to increase market presence and expand the customer base. Prospecting and Lead Generation : Actively seek out new sales opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts. Product Knowledge : Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's product offerings and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers. Order Management : Work closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the company's CRM system. Requirements : Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Sales Experience : Freshers to at least 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector. Sales Target Attainment : Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Sales Techniques : Familiarity with sales strategies, techniques, and best practices to effectively close deals. Customer-centric Approach : A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and present product information persuasively. (Hindi Mandatory) Team Player : Ability to collaborate with the sales team and support the Sales Head's directives.
