As we expand our digital creative services, the Global Design Studio plays a crucial role in shaping exceptional digital experiences. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Principal, Content to lead the content practice within our design team.

Position Overview:

The Senior Principal, Content will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading the content practice at Brillio Technologies. This role requires a seasoned professional with a degree in content, marketing, digital marketing, or branding and extensive experience in content creation and content strategy, particularly in the context of technology and digital applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Leadership:

Establish and lead the content practice within the design team, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

Define and implement best practices for content creation, strategy, and execution, emphasizing user experience, branding, and positioning.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with content strategists, content creators, and designers to integrate content seamlessly into the design and user experience. As well as other departments at Brillio, from business, marketing, sales and delivery.

Education and Advocacy:

Mentor and guide content strategists, content creators, and designers in understanding the role and importance of content in technology and digital design.

Cultivate a culture of content excellence and innovation within the organization.

Client-Facing Role:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their content needs and objectives.

Utilize strong pitching and storytelling skills to articulate the value of design projects and the role of content in achieving business objectives.

Marketing and Digital Expertise:

Possess a deep understanding of marketing technologies, digital marketing trends, and how they intersect with content creation and strategy.

Project Management:

Oversee end-to-end project management of content-related initiatives, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.

Travel:

Engage in frequent travel within the USA to meet with clients, understand their needs, and align content strategies with their business goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in content, marketing, digital marketing, branding, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

10 years of experience in content creation and content strategy, with a focus on technology, digital applications, and user experience.

Proven track record in setting up and leading content practices within design or technology organizations.

Strong understanding of marketing technologies and digital marketing trends.

Excellent communication, presentation, and pitching skills.

Client-facing experience with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Visionary and positive attitude with the ability to drive change and innovation.
