The company has experience working with more than 360 clients globally and more than 2500 major projects with blue-chip companies across all possible industry sectors.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Project Manager located in Gurugram. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects related to industrial digitalization & automation. They will also be responsible for communicating progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and team leadership.

Responsibilities Develop and manage the project, communication, resource plans and processes. Analyze all management and technical processes to ensure they’re delivered as expected. Meetings with client and define project goals and objectives. Schedule project timelines. Oversee day-to-day technical operations, including assignments and review. Define roles and responsibilities of the team and determine clear deliverables.

Skills & Qualifications Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate a wide variety of teams associated with the project. Clear communication skills to guide project teams and coordinate with clients and management. Having analytical, computer and math skills Knowledge of new and established software systems and the ability to train others on them. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering. Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus.
