AUTOMATION ENGINEER

Your mission In this role, you will be responsible for working with Business Process Automation services, building end-to-end automations, and managing all aspects from design to deployment. You will be primarily responsible for design and build of automated solutions and provide technical expertise. You will collaborate with stakeholders, helping to identify and execute the needs of our business and support the development of appropriate strategies for moving forward. As an essential player in this international business environment, you will play a critical role in enabling value creation and acceleration as we embark on this thrilling journey.
You will report to the Head of AI & Automation CFE and you can be located anywhere in India, preferably Pune or Kolkata.

Your character We're seeking a candidate with a UiPath Automation Developer certification, along with a strong background in RPA and Intelligent Process Automation. You should have experience in the following areas:
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath
- Support Business Analysts to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Implement RPA best practices, standards, and development methodologies
- Work in a production landscape, ensuring the stability, optimization and scalability of deployed automation solutions
- Experience in Finance, SAP, SAP S4 based automations and knowledge of Blueprism development can be an added advantage
You come from an extensive automation background with several years of experience in a similar role and are comfortable working with modern technologies. Your analytical and structured mindset, combined with excellent communication skills and initiative, allows you to simplify complex topics and articulate them in an understandable manner. You're a self-starter and can take on responsibilities as they grow.
