Job Description - A minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in IT and 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a Safe/Scrum environment. CSM certified preferably.
- Candidate should have excellent knowledge of the scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques. Need the ability to coordinate people and projects (facilitating changes) with your mindset on deliverables. A strong communicator, and a capable leader.
- Able to understand Software development life cycle, should have Scripting and SQL Knowledge, MS project experience is a must (MS Visio/PowerPoint/Excel/Word)
- Should have hands-on in conducting scrum ceremonies and dealing with multiple teams, Banking/Finance domain experience would be preferable.
- Experience as a Scrum Master for commercial software development teams by diligently applying Agile principles, practices, theory, and Scrum Values.
- CSM certification is a plus.
- Experience with Jira, Jira Align & confluence or other tools utilized in an agile development environment.
- Experience generating Metrics and Reports (burn-down, burn-up, velocity) Should have expertise in creating user stories, DOR, and DOD implementations.
