We are looking to expand our team of US Technical Recruiters for Mohali. The ability to multitask and prioritize at any given time would definitely grab our attention. Candidates looking for a long-term stint would be preferred.
In addition to having the technical skill and qualification, candidates must have a clear understanding of the US market with reference to benefits, compensation, Visa processes, and types and related work laws.
Experience: 0-2 years
Job Location: Phase – 8, Mohali
Night Shift- 9:00PM to 6:00AM (On-Site)
Salary: Best in the Industry
Qualification: B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, BCA, B.Sc (IT)

Description:
Please find below a brief job description:
1. Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
2. Must have experience in dealing W2/C2C with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates.
3. Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
4. Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit consultants' profiles on time.
5. Proven successful sales record in the U.S Staffing industry.
6. Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.
7. Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates.
8. Ability to work as a good team player, screening, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
9. Sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends.
10. Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
11. To understand the Technical requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources.
12. Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems /Database, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the desired time frame.
