Position Title : Senior Executive-HR Role : HR Operations for US Shift : Night Shift Job location : Chennai Job Description and Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 4-5yrs HR experience, at least 2yrs into US HR Operations (On-boarding, Employee filed Connect, BGC, US compliance, Benefits, Off-boarding, Reporting etc…) Postgraduate (MBA/MSW – HR preferable) with strong communication skills Strong analytical skills, creative problem solving, with the ability to think, plan, and execute multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously. Prioritize business objectives and effectively manage multiple projects. Ability to manage a set of stakeholders. Willing to work in Eastern Time Zone (Night Shift)Job tags
