Experience: 4 to 7 Years
Job Requirement:
- Engineering Background and MBA
- Hands on Planning and Execution of Marketing Campaigns which includes handling tools or platform (Mandatory - Social Media (LinkedIn), Google, SEM, SEO, Emailers, Content Development and Offline Marketing). Not being dependant on agencies.
- Measurement of Campaign based on Reach and Leads
- Working in cross functional team and external partners
- Team Management
- Develops digital marketing strategy by studying growth initiatives, identifying target customers and their pain points and future needs, and monitoring the competition. Plans and executes all digital marketing campaigns, Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Plan, Develop, Implement and Manage the overall IDEX India marketing communication to increase brand’s influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.
- Demonstrable hands on experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, and WebTrends)
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
