Location: Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore
Experience Required: 3+ Years Experience in Unsecured Business Loans
CTC: Up to 9 LPA
Ticket Size: 50 Lacs to 1 Cr (mandatory)
Monthly Disbursement Target: 80 Lacs or more
Job Summary:
Drive business growth by originating and closing unsecured business loans within the assigned territory. Leverage your expertise in loan products, financial analysis, and relationship building to exceed sales targets and contribute significantly to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify qualified businesses: Build a robust pipeline of potential borrowers through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis: Assess creditworthiness, understand business needs, and recommend suitable loan products and terms.
- Present compelling loan proposals: Tailor presentations to address specific business challenges and opportunities, highlighting the benefits of your loan solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals: Secure client commitment by effectively addressing concerns, negotiating terms, and guiding them through the application process.
- Maintain strong relationships: Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients by providing exceptional service, ongoing support, and tailored financial solutions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets: Consistently exceed assigned quotas and contribute to overall team and company growth.
