Responsibilities:
- Assess patients health conditions and create appropriate care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record vital signs symptoms and changes in patients conditions
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions and progress
- Adhere to all hospital policies procedures and safety guidelines
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
