JOB DESCRIPTION Sr SEO or SEO
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Organic Traffic and Conversions: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, including keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization, to increase organic traffic and conversions.
- PPC Campaign Management: Create, deploy, and analyze PPC campaigns across various platforms to maximize visibility, optimize conversion rates, and drive ROI.
- Content Marketing Mastery: Collaborate with content creators to ensure all content is SEO-optimized and aligns with broader marketing goals.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Track website traffic, leads, and sales to measure SEO and PPC effectiveness, analyze data, and prepare monthly reports for the Marketing Manager.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO and PPC trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborate closely with the content, marketing, and social media teams to ensure a unified and successful digital marketing strategy.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (required).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in SEO and/or PPC marketing (required).
• Proven track record of success in driving organic traffic and conversions through SEO.
• Expertise in keyword research and analysis (Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Search Console, etc.).
• Experience with paid ad platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) and social media marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
