Job description

• The candidate will be responsible for handling the gold loan business operations including assessment of jewellery and processing of loans.
• The candidate will also be responsible for tracking of loan repayments, follow up, and prompt collection of EMIs.
• The candidate will have to keep account of collection of arrears in Gold loan accounts
• The candidate should maintain cost budgets and ensuring branch profitability as well
• The candidate must also maintain high levels of customer experience

Requirement:

• The candidate must have between 3 - 5 years of Gold Loan experience
• Applicants with previous experience from Banks, Loan business and NBFC s will be prioritised
• Candidates who can speak Hindi, English and Kannada will be preferred
• Basic Microsoft office skills will be an advantage
