The purpose of this role is to provide IT operational support for Content Engine - Enterprise Digital Asset Management platform. He/She should have a deep knowledge of the Digital Asset Management domain so that they can create a multi-year product vision and a rolling roadmap working with business partners and cross functional teams. As part of global team, the ideal candidate will take complete ownership from IT perspective to provide end to end support to content engine hub leads who assist sector marketing teams.
This will be a specialist Go-To-Person for driving the techno-functional use-cases/work engagement and able to strongly articulate the business requirements from a solution & delivery perspective.
Responsibilities Specific Responsibilities
Working closely with the Content Engine Portfolio and Capability leads to understand the operational business needs, assessing the technology risks & gaps, and creation of the appropriate technology strategy to mitigate those including Architecture, integrations, vendor selection,, implementation, and hand off to operations.
Ensuring that technical solutions developed are aligned to enterprise architecture and security standards and principles, leveraging common solutions and services to drive standardization
- Overseeing DAM involved projects architecturally, including participation in the planning and execution of these projects to bring in new capabilities
Managing vendor relationship and ensuring all issues faced by the business are resolved by the vendor in a timely manner
Translates strategic directions into goals and priorities
Ensure on time and on budget delivery which satisfies project requirements, while adhering to enterprise architecture standards.
Manage work intake, prioritization and release timing; balancing demand and available resources. Ensure tactical initiatives are aligned with the strategic vision and business needs
Overall IT liaison for DAM on all aspects of business interactions and engage the appropriate IT or vendor teams to help drive resolution
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with stakeholders; research industry trends; and understand changing business expectations to
create the (multi-year) vision and (rolling-multi-PI) roadmap
Correctly identify and prioritize the needs of internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in CIS, MIS, Information Security, Computer Science or equivalent. Master's Degree is a plus.
6+ years' experience in Information Technology and Software engineering experience as a Technical Product Manager, Engineer, or Manager
4+ years' experience in Digital Solution Implementations and Engagements( experience with any DAM platform like Bynder, Aprimo, AEM or Widen is a plus)
Proven experience in in Digital Asset Management Domain leading the implementation of DAM Platforms in big enterprise companies.
- Minimum 6 years' experience in Program/Product Management in Agile/Scrum Environment
Solutions Delivery experience - expertise in system development lifecycle, integration, and sustainability
Expert in contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems
Understand Integration capabilities and able to lead integration with Enterprise systems
Familiarity with cloud-native development (Azure, AWS), REST API, and modern Devops practices
