Coordinates with Internal Audit Agency resources and act as a point of contact for Business Units for providing data required to execute internal audits activities as per the Audit Calendar approved by the Audit Committee.
Assist in monitoring of open audit issues and ensures findings and action plans are well documented.
Identify opportunities of refinements in Risk & Controls Matrices (RCMs) for enabling Continuous Control Auditing of management corrective actions, both from operational and financial control perspective.
Establish organized methodology to provide continuous assurance on validity of IFC controls with process owners from statutory compliance perspective.
Assist in detailed process reviews requiring deep analytical skills for providing assurance and consulting activities for improvements of business processes based on observations identified during internal audit activities.
Provide independent assurance through continuous monitoring of effectiveness of mitigation plans to manage risk of Segregation of Duties (SoD) related to access controls.
Provides closure on agreed changes & documentation for application controls review for improvement of internal controls in ERP Systems.
Other Governance Responsibilities
Prepares reports for any special purpose assignments as required.
Contributes to department initiatives to improve Internal Audit processes.
Documents the results of audit work in accordance with the guidelines of audit department
