Job description
Candidate should have 12-15 Years of IT Experience Should have handled and managed a team of 75+ Coach and mentor the team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Should create Next in Line Leads for all critical roles in the engagement Should be versatile in Technology - .Net, Java, COTS Product – ERP or any Stake Holder Management – a. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and expectations. b. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. c. Provide regular updates on service performance, upcoming changes, and other relevant information. Delivery Management – a. Monitor and manage the end-to-end delivery of services to ensure they meet agreed-upon service levels and quality. b. Conduct regular delivery reviews with customer to assess performance and identify areas to improvise the quality deliverables c. Work with internal stakeholders to develop service strategies that align with client objectives and organizational goals. d. Collaborate with Internal Practices for Customer/Program/Project specific solutions and ensure the engagement is growing Vertically and Horizontally e. Hands-on experience in executing engagements in different models (Managed Services, Professional Services, Shared Services Model) f. Should have demonstrated Continuous improvement – By implementing and monitoring various initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency. g. Ensure that contractual agreements and service level agreements (SLAs) are clearly defined and achieved Financial a. Should have managed Engagement revenue of USD 3+ Million. b. Should have demonstrated Financial Acumen by leveraging various levers to improve the GM% c. Should have exposure or worked on different Pricing Models
