Mission
Within the framework of a product family or technology, his main missions are :
the hardware development deliveries, on time, with the right quality, in line with Valeo CIP and Product Group
standard development rules.
the coordination and scheduling of the hardware development
to ensure the performances and cost of his hardware projects
the conception of the new generation products within the framework,
- the establishment of standards connected to his product family,
the technical supervision of the HW designers and scheduling of their tasks for his product's family
Design reviews and application of HW methodology
Coordination of the activities for the industrialization of his product.
Responsabilités
Ensure the technical responsibility of the hardware design on his projects and coordination with the other
Electronic métier.
Lead the hardware design of his projects in the various aspects of the development, in line with Valeo CIP
and Product Group standard development rules
Responsible for the on time hardware project delivery, execution, schedule, performance and cost, in line
with Project Manager requirement
Responsible for the hardware product quality and start of production on time
Responsible for the HW design reviews coordination
Responsible for the reporting of the Hardware project status and associated KPIs
Ensure the skills transmission in his network through the enrichment of the electronic standard database.
Ensure the necessary coordination of jobs for the development of products and technologies (with
mechanics, industrial process, purchases, quality, software and system)
Assures(Insures) the coordination of the jobs(businesses)
Realize or review and contribute to the Hardware specification and technical documentations for his project
in all phases,
Ensure the knowledge transfer of his project hardware developments to other projects
Applying the Environment Safety and Security procedures and good practices; know for their activities and the activities of
subcontractors the potential risks and their consequences. Be attentive and responsive to them and manage the associated action
plans.
Liven up(Lead) the magazines(reviews) of conception(design) on the various aspects of the development
