Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR management roles
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred
