What You Will Be Doing

• Able to handle full set of accounts and audit schedules
• Perform daytoday operations in one or more of these accounting functions such as Jurnal AR AP GL
• Prepare bank reconciliation and intercompany transactions
• Prepare GST reconciliation quarterly and submission of GST returns
• Liaise with auditors/tax agent on yearend audit and annual tax filing
• Timely update incoming receipts in system
• Ensure invoice processing and payment are accurate and within the timeline
• Liaise with vendors on monthly payment claims report and reimbursement

What You Need To Be Successful In This Role

• Diploma/ degree in accounting
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word)
• Proficient in financial software (Xero)
• Can work independently
• Analytical and a keen eye for detail
• Careful when executing tasks and checks thoroughly
• Excellent time management and meets all deadlines
