Head of Merchandizing
JOB DESCRIPTION
Role-
 Creating purchase plans based on software based reports
 Replenishing stocks in time
 Maintaining stock levels
 Updating and taking actions on new trends
 Avoid wastages of stock
 Ensuring uniformity of display in all stores
 Clean neat and beautiful display in all stores
 Display as per the current season and trend
 Monitoring costs and working under a budget
 Liaising with other departments in the company
 Travel required to stores across Maharashtra & Goa
 Conducting Market surveys for trends

Requirements-
 15 + years experience in the Indian jewellery merchandising field (specialised in
Maharashtrian jewellery – D)
 Fluent in Marathi, Hindi and English
 Knowledge of Inventory management, cost, designs, production, etc
 Clear understanding of the trends and techniques prevalent in the market
 Excellent communication skills
 Graduate as minimum education
 A good planner and organiser
 Well versed in Microsoft Office
