Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information regarding hospital services, directions, and protocols
  • Assist with registration and check-in processes
  • Coordinate with other hospital departments to address specific needs and requests
  • Handle incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate personnel
  • Ensure waiting areas are clean and orderly
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department or supervisor
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient care activities
  • Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Adhere to privacy and confidentiality regulations
  • Participate in training and development programs
  • Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the hospital
  • Provide support during emergencies or crisis situations

Required Qualifications
