Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a 3D Visualizer - Architecture. The 3D Visualizer will be responsible for creating 3D visualizations, graphics, graphic designs, lighting, and drawings for different architectural projects. The 3D Visualizer will collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to ensure timely execution of projects.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills Required:
1. A relevant degree or certification in architecture, interior design, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a 3D Architectural Visualizer with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating realistic architectural renders, particularly for exteriors.
3.Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, or similar tools.
4. Proven ability to create highly realistic renders that accurately represent architectural designs, materials, and lighting conditions.
5. *Speed Modeling:*
  - Proficiency in speed modeling techniques to efficiently create 3D models for architectural projects, ensuring productivity without compromising quality.
6. Experience in modeling large-scale architectural projects efficiently while managing resources effectively.
7. Expertise in architectural lighting design, including the ability to simulate various natural and artificial lighting scenarios to enhance realism.
8. Strong skills in creating visually appealing and accurate exterior elevations, including attention to detail and architectural elements.
9. Proficiency in texture mapping and material application to achieve lifelike surfaces and finishes.
10. Knowledge of post-processing techniques to enhance renders and create final polished visuals.
11. Awareness of current trends and technologies in architectural visualization, including virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR).
12. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively within project teams.
13. Effective communication skills to collaborate with architects, interior designers, and clients, translating their vision into high-quality 3D visuals.
14. A comprehensive portfolio showcasing a range of 3D visualizations, including realistic renders, speed modeling projects, large-scale architectural models, and exterior elevation designs.
15. Capability to discuss project requirements with clients, gather feedback, and make adjustments to visualizations accordingly.
16. A meticulous approach to detail, ensuring that architectural elements, materials, and lighting are accurately represented in 3D renders.
