You should have a strong understanding of Flutter framework and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.- Responsibility :- Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter framework.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.- Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in mobile development.- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.Skills Required :- Minimum 5+ years of experience in mobile application development and at least 2+ years of experience using the Flutter framework.- Strong knowledge of Flutter, Dart, and Material Design.- Good understanding of responsive layouts- Good understanding of reactive code structure.- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (JIRA).- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.Compensation and Benefits :- Hybrid Work Policy (Work From Home or Client Location or Team Meetups at CoWorking Space)- Leave : Medical, Causal, Calendar Holidays, Parental Leaves, Recreational holidays- Insurance : Medical- Other Perks- Foreign work Opportunities.
