Overview:
The Hotel Sales Executive plays a key role in driving revenue for the hotel through proactive selling building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities. This position is critical to the hotels success and requires a proactive and dynamic individual who can thrive in a targetdriven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling networking and client referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to maximize profitability
- Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the hotel
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors/PG degree in Business Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in hotel sales or relevant sales experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong network of industry contacts
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
