What will you be doing
Your Responsibilities Will Include - Create and manage courses, classes, learning programs, curricula and surveys.
- Monitor class enrollment and class completions.
- Troubleshoot and escalate when required any issues or problems related to the LMS or its users.
- Provide technical support and guidance to learners and instructors on use of LMS.
- Provide technical support and guidance to course owners and stakeholders to offer the best alternative to support their needs for creation, publication, distribution and evaluation of learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with People & Skills Development team as well as course owners and stakeholders to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the learning content and delivery.
- Provide reports and data to measure the impact and outcomes of the learning initiatives.
- Stay updated on the latest releases, trends and best practices in LMS administration and e-learning.
We Think You Should Have - At least 3 years of experience as an LMS administrator or a similar role
- Proficient in using and managing LMS platforms, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
- Familiar with e-learning standards, such as SCORM, xAPI, AICC, etc.
- Hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools like Articulate would be an asset
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly and adapt to changing needs
- Structured and solutions-oriented approach to work
- Good business understanding and collaboration skills working across cultures and geographies
