Roles and responsibilities :

- Build long-lasting relationships with prospective customers and maintain strong ties with existing ones.

- Connecting with corporate acquisition decision-makers to secure repeat business; building a network of cooperation and communication with other internal support divisions, like marketing, finance, and post-sales.

- settling further account-related concerns, negotiating the price and quantity, and developing and implementing strategies to support business growth

- Looking for best practices and trends in customer satisfaction in the market

- You can both attract and retain clients by putting yourself out there and scheduling regular meetings.

- For routine internal audits, distribute and maintain individual performance reports.
