We are looking for a Front desk Receptionist who will be responsible for handling inbound calls from patients and booking appointments with physiotherapist doctors. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to handle patient queries effectively.

Responsibilities

Answering incoming calls from patients and addressing their queries related to physiotherapy services.

Booking appointments for patients with physiotherapist doctors and providing them with necessary information related to the appointment.

Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing a seamless booking experience and resolving any issues or concerns raised by the patients.

Maintaining records of patient appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling.

Providing feedback to the management on the patient's experience and identifying areas for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
